Boon for business
Water systems for hotels, offices and institutions in the UK
Purification, glass bottling and one live dashboard, run as infrastructure. Boon Purify and Boon Refill are installed in 400+ hotels and 4,000+ organisations, every unit reporting into WaterAI™.

In short
What Boon provides for businesses
Boon builds three connected systems for commercial buildings in the UK. Purify is a range of six commercial water purifiers from 20 to 2,000 litres per hour with up to 8-stage UltraOsmosis™ filtration. Refill is an in-house glass bottling plant that washes, purifies, fills and caps reusable bottles on site, replacing packaged water. WaterAI™ is the monitoring layer on both — a dashboard and app tracking TDS, flow, temperature and filter health across every unit, on every site.
The systems
Two products, one platform

WaterAI™
Every site on one screen
WaterAI™ puts every connected purifier and bottling plant on one live view: TDS, pH, flow, dispensed volume and temperatures in real time, plus the purification history of the water.
Filter health is tracked against actual throughput rather than a calendar, so a filter change is flagged before quality drops, and Boon's care team runs remote diagnostics first — about 40% of issues are resolved without a site visit.
Sizing
How to size a water system
As a rule of thumb, one litre per hour of purification capacity serves about three people: a 60 lph system covers around 150 people, and a 900-person campus needs at least 300 lph.
- Around 50 people: Purify Tall or Purify Tap Pro, 60 lph.
- Around 150 people: Purify Pro or Purify In-Built, 60–100 lph.
- Around 500 people: Purify Mega or Purify Core, 150–500 lph.
- Plant and campus scale: Purify Core, up to 2,000 lph.
- Bottling follows bottles per day and room keys: Refill Easy under 500 a day, Easy Plus to 1,000, Refill Pro to 3,000, Refill Ultra beyond.

How do I size a water system for my building?
As a rule of thumb, one litre per hour of purification capacity serves about three people: a 60 lph system covers around 150 people, and a 900-person campus needs at least 300 lph. Purify Tall and Purify Pro cover most offices at 60 to 100 lph; Purify Mega and Purify Core scale to 500 lph and beyond for hotels, factories and campuses. Glass bottling is sized by bottles per day and room keys rather than people.
Does Boon offer rental or pay-per-use pricing?
Yes. Alongside outright purchase, Boon offers pay-per-use and rent-a-purifier models so hydration can be run as an operating cost. Service is covered by Boon Care — scheduled visits, genuine parts and remote-first diagnostics through WaterAI™. Pricing depends on capacity, site count and contract length; ask for a quote.
Can one team manage several sites?
Yes — multi-site fleet management is the reason most enterprise customers adopt WaterAI™. Every purifier and bottling plant across every property reports into a single login, so a facilities team can compare sites, spot an outlier and schedule service centrally.
What is UltraOsmosis™?
Boon's patented purification process. It adjusts to the incoming water so essential minerals are retained while microbacteria and microplastics are removed, with lower water wastage and longer membrane life than standard RO.
How does Boon work with customers in the UK?
Enquiries in the UK go to Boon's international desk, or to the authorised local partner where one is listed on the contact page. Every Boon system is designed and built at Boon's own factory in Gurugram, India; delivery, installation and commissioning are arranged per project, and because each system reports into WaterAI™, Boon's team can monitor and support it remotely wherever it runs.
