380 m³/h is enough to turn over the air in a 392 sq ft room about 3.5 times an hour, and a bedroom far more often than that — from a unit that is the smallest in its category.

Why two
One filter is a bottleneck.
Everything a purifier removes ends up on its filter. With one filter, that is one surface doing all the work.
Airvana draws air in from both sides through two filters. The room is cleaned faster and more evenly, each filter carries half the load, and a washable mesh in front keeps hair and coarse dust off them altogether.
