How long does installation take?
Typically under two hours, by a Boon-trained technician. Installation is included in every purchase.
What kind of kitchen does Boon Tap fit?
Any modern kitchen with a standard under-counter water line and a power socket nearby. The purification unit tucks into a standard sink cabinet.
What’s the difference between Daily, Active, and Brew?
Three Water Profiles. Daily is a 50/50 mineral-RO blend. Active engages full mineral enhancement. Brew delivers 100% RO for tea and coffee.
Do I need Wi-Fi for the display to work?
No. The display and tap work fully offline. Wi-Fi is only needed for the WaterAI™ app, smart alerts, and over-the-air updates.
Can I change the finish after I’ve bought it?
The tap head is modular. Finish swaps are possible through a service visit, subject to availability.
How often do the filters need changing?
WaterAI™ predicts filter health from your actual usage and input water. Most households see a full change cycle once every 12–18 months.
What happens when I’m on holiday?
Switch to Away mode in the app. Boon Tap flushes every twelve hours until you return.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. Warranty travels with the unit, registered against the serial number in your WaterAI™ account.
