Overview

Boon ships all orders placed on helloboon.com across India. Every Boon Tap and Boon Tall purchase includes free shipping and free professional installation — no hidden charges at any stage.

Orders placed through Amazon.in are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to Amazon’s shipping and delivery terms.

No surprise fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping, handling, and installation are included for all products shipped from helloboon.com.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location:

Delhi NCR 2–4 business days
Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) 4–7 business days
Rest of India 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote pin codes, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp if there are any changes to your expected delivery window.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays.

Serviceability & Pin Code Check

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable for delivery or professional installation.

  • Pin code serviceability is verified at checkout. If your area is not currently serviceable, you will be notified before payment.
  • Even if delivery is available, installation may require a separate scheduling window in remote locations.
  • If you’re unsure about serviceability in your area, reach out to us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can track your shipment in real time using this link.

  • Order confirmed: You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after payment.
  • Dispatched: A tracking link is shared once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
  • Out for delivery: You’ll be notified when the product is out for delivery in your area.
  • Installation scheduled: After delivery, our service team will coordinate a convenient installation time.

Professional Installation

Every Boon Tap and Boon Tall comes with free professional installation by our trained service team. Installation is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Pre-filter Free pre-filter included and installed with every unit
Water quality check Input TDS measurement and system calibration
Product walkthrough Demo of controls, features, and WaterAI app setup

Do not attempt self-installation. Boon products must be installed by our authorised service team. Self-installation or third-party installation will void the product warranty. See our Warranty & Maintenance terms for details.

If you need to reschedule your installation, simply message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find a time that works.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any of the following, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged shipment: If the outer packaging appears damaged on arrival, note the damage with the delivery partner and contact us immediately with photos.
  • Wrong product received: We will arrange a pickup and ship the correct item at no cost.
  • Missing items: If any component or accessory is missing from your shipment, let us know and we’ll dispatch it promptly.
  • Failed delivery attempt: If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will retry. After multiple failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Reach out on WhatsApp to reschedule.

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there is visible external damage, we recommend noting it with the delivery partner before signing. This helps us resolve claims faster.

General Terms

  • Boon is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines for pre-order or out-of-stock items will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must have a delivery address within India.
  • These terms are subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
