Choosing a commercial purifier.

It depends on headcount and whether you need hot, cold or sparkling water. Small offices, MSMEs and cafés (around 50 people) suit Purify Tall, a freestanding 60 LPH unit that takes zero counter space. Mid-size and large offices (around 150 people) choose Purify Pro at 60/100 LPH with a 15.4-inch interactive display, or Purify In-Built if the unit should disappear into the joinery. Offices above 500 people move to Purify Mega or Purify Core at 150–500 LPH. Every model includes WaterAI™ monitoring, so facilities teams track quality and filter health from one dashboard.

Six models. Purify Tall is a compact 60 LPH freestanding unit with hot, normal and cold water. Purify Pro is the flagship dispenser at 60/100 LPH with a 15.4-inch LCD and optional sparkling water. Purify In-Built conceals under or within the counter, in a 20 LPH flush-mount variant and a 60/100 LPH freestanding one. Purify Mega scales to 150/250/500 LPH for hotels and campuses. Purify Tap Pro is an under-counter system serving hot, ambient, cold and sparkling water from a single premium tap. Purify Core is the modular commercial RO line, from 60 LPH wall-mounted up to 2000 LPH skid-mounted.

From 20 LPH to 2000 LPH — a two-person cabin to a multi-building township. As a rule of thumb, 1 LPH of purification capacity serves about 3 people. A 50 LPH system covers roughly 150 people; a 900-person campus needs at least 300 LPH.

Up to 8. The UltraOsmosis™ filter stack runs InletShield™ grooved depth filtration, ProFlow™ 5-micron sediment control, CarbonCorrect™ granular activated carbon for chlorine and chemical correction, the CoreRO™ high-flow membrane, UltraOsmosis™ itself, an RO Life Enhancer, MineralRestore™ for mineral rebalancing, and UV ProGlow™ in-line LED UV for system-level sterilisation. CoreRO™ handles feed water up to 2000 ppm TDS and is rated for roughly 2.5× the life of a conventional membrane.

Yes. Every Purify model ships with WaterAI™, Boon's IoT monitoring platform. It provides a live dashboard and mobile app tracking TDS, flow rate, inlet and outlet temperature and individual filter health for every unit in the fleet, and uses predictive maintenance to flag a filter change before it is due. Remote diagnostics resolve about 40% of issues without a site visit. Units connect over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (BLE) or GSM, so basements and back-of-house kitchens stay online.

Hotels usually mix models by zone. Guest rooms and suites take Purify In-Built, a flush-mount unit that disappears into premium interiors at 20 LPH. Lobbies, restaurants and buffets run Purify Pro or Purify Tall at 60–100 LPH. Back-of-house kitchens and banquet prep run Purify Core or Purify Mega, typically 250–500 LPH depending on demand. Boon has installed this multi-zone pattern across more than 400 hotels including Raffles, Fairmont, Six Senses, St. Regis and Taj properties, with every unit reporting into one WaterAI™ dashboard.

Service runs through Boon Care: scheduled visits by Boon's own certified technicians, genuine parts only, and remote-first diagnostics via WaterAI™ rather than outsourced contractors. The standard Purify cover is one year including two filter changes, with Boon Care plans extending to a filter change every quarter, all inclusive. Because WaterAI™ tracks filter health continuously, most service visits are scheduled before performance drops rather than after a complaint.
