How long does installation take?
Most installations take 60–90 minutes, and we usually get to you within 48 hours of your purchase. Our team handles everything — there's nothing to prepare from your side.
Which areas do you service?
We deliver and install across India. Message us on WhatsApp with your pin code and we'll confirm the timeline for your area.
How do I schedule a filter refill?
WaterAI™ tracks filter health and alerts you before a change is due, so most refills are already scheduled by the time you think about them. You can also WhatsApp us or email support@helloboon.com any time.
What does the warranty cover?
Boon Tap carries a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects and system components. Cover varies by product, so check the warranty page for your system. Filters are consumables and are covered by your refill plan rather than the warranty.
Can I see a Boon before I buy one?
Yes. Visit an experience center in Gurugram, Ahmedabad or Chennai for a hands-on demo and a taste test, or book a 15-minute live virtual demo on WhatsApp from anywhere.
