Out of sight. It was developed with architects and interior designers so the hydration system disappears into the kitchen or pantry joinery and only the dispensing point is visible — the flush-mount variant for tighter spaces, and a freestanding cabinet variant where there is room for one.

20 litres per hour on the flush-mount variant, suited to guest rooms and premium interiors, and 60/100 litres per hour on the freestanding variant for corporates, cafés, workspaces and lounges, with 60L storage.

Yes — a 7-inch touchscreen with volume selection, and a larger interactive screen option on the freestanding variant. The freestanding unit also includes a taste adjuster, so the output TDS can be set to preference.

The mineral content of the water leaving the machine. Guests and staff notice mineral balance more than they notice purity, so being able to set it means one specification can suit a guest floor and a staff pantry without swapping hardware.

Ideally yes. Because the unit sits inside the joinery, it is far easier to allow for it in the cabinetry and service runs while the space is being drawn than to retrofit it afterwards. Boon works with the design team on placement.
