How WaterAI works.
WaterAI™ is Boon's water management platform — a web dashboard and mobile app that puts every connected purifier and bottling plant on one live view. It tracks TDS, pH, flow rate, dispensed quantity and inlet/outlet temperature in real time, records the purification history of the water, and predicts when a filter or membrane needs attention rather than waiting for output quality to drop.
Each unit reports sensor data continuously, so WaterAI™ tracks filter health against actual throughput instead of a fixed calendar. When a filter approaches end of life the system raises an alert ahead of the service window, and Boon's care team can run remote diagnostics first — about 40% of issues are resolved without anyone visiting the site. Firmware updates are delivered over the air.
Yes. Multi-site fleet management is the reason most enterprise customers adopt it: every purifier across every office, hotel or factory reports into a single login, so a facilities team can compare sites, spot an outlier and schedule service centrally. Units connect over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (BLE) or GSM, so a basement plant room or a remote resort stays reachable regardless of local network coverage.
Every Purify model and every Refill plant ships with it. For purifiers you already own — including other brands — WaterStick™ retrofits the same sensing and control, so an existing fleet can be brought onto the dashboard without replacing hardware.
