Return & Replacement Policy

Overview

At Boon, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we ship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and replacements are handled for products purchased through helloboon.com or authorised retail partners.

10-Day Return Window

Boon Tap and Boon Tall water purifiers are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 10 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be in working condition with no physical damage caused by the customer.
  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be intact.
  • Our team will schedule an uninstallation visit to collect the product.

A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of professional installation, uninstallation, and logistics handling.

Once the product is collected and inspected by our team, the refund (minus the handling fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy — All Other Products

For all products other than Boon Tap and Boon Tall — including filters, refill cartridges, accessories, and add-ons — returns are not available.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. To qualify:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or altered.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and images.

Our team will verify the claim and dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days of approval.

When Returns Are Not Applicable

Returns and replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after the 10-day window has elapsed.
  • Product damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification.
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging and accessories.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation not performed by the Boon service team.
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns of Boon Tap and Boon Tall.
  • The handling fee (as listed above) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or wallet.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after product collection.

Refunds for orders placed via Cash on Delivery will be processed via NEFT bank transfer. Our team will collect your bank details at the time of return approval.

Warranty & Post-Purchase Support

This return and replacement policy is separate from your product warranty. All Boon water purifiers come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and system components. For warranty-related concerns, please visit our Contact page or reach out directly.
