Purifier not working quite right? Low flow, odd taste, leaks, strange noises, or error lights? Our trained technician visits your home, finds the cause, and gets your purifier back to full performance.
What’s included:
- Problem diagnosis: We listen to what’s been happening and inspect the unit to find the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Full system inspection: We check the filters, membrane, UV lamp, pump, solenoid valve, float or tank sensors, wiring, and all pipe connections.
- Water quality check: We test TDS of the input and purified water to confirm the system is purifying as it should.
- Flow and pressure check: We measure input pressure and output flow to spot blockages or pump issues.
- Leak inspection: Every joint, fitting, and tank is checked for drips or weak connections.
- Minor fixes on the spot: Loose fittings, pipe re-routing, and small adjustments are handled during the visit.
- Clear repair estimate: If a part needs replacing, we explain what’s wrong, show you the part, and share the cost upfront before any work begins.
- Care tips: We share simple steps to keep your purifier running smoothly.
Good to know:
- A visit usually takes 30–60 minutes.
- The visit charge covers diagnosis and minor fixes. Spare parts and major repairs are billed separately, only after your approval.
- Visits are free for purifiers under warranty or an active service plan, as per plan terms.
- Please keep the purifier accessible and the power and water supply on during the visit.
Filter Replacement Service
Filters do the hard work of keeping your water clean, and they wear out over time. Timely replacement keeps your water safe, tasting fresh, and your purifier running efficiently.
What’s included:
- Filter health check: We inspect your current filters and review usage to confirm what needs replacing.
- Genuine filter replacement: We replace the due filters (sediment, carbon, RO membrane, or post-carbon, as needed) with genuine parts made for your model.
- Housing cleaning: Filter housings are cleaned before new filters go in.
- Tank sanitisation: The storage tank is drained and cleaned, where applicable.
- Flush and leak test: New filters are flushed to clear carbon fines and air, and every connection is checked for leaks.
- Water quality check: We test TDS before and after the replacement so you can see the result.
- Service record update: We log the replacement date and let you know when the next change is due.
Good to know:
- Replacement usually takes 30–45 minutes.
- Filter life depends on your water quality and usage. Most pre-filters need changing every 6 months, and RO membranes every 1–2 years.
- Filter and part costs depend on your model and the filters replaced.
- Old filters are removed and disposed of responsibly.
