An RO membrane needs pressure to do its work properly. The Booster Pump Kit provides it. Water enters Homie at the pressure the system was engineered around, and everything downstream behaves the way it was meant to.
The tank fills faster. Less water goes to the drain. The membrane runs in its designed range instead of straining below it.
It runs when the tank needs filling and stops on its own. Most days you won’t notice it.
