Who can apply to the Boon creator program?
The Boon creator program is open to India-based creators who make content around home and interiors, wellness and daily rituals, tech and smart home, parenting, or fitness. We look for people who genuinely care about what goes into their body and their home, and who would use a Boon purifier whether or not we partnered. Fit and engagement matter more to us than follower count.
Is there a minimum follower count to become a Boon creator?
No strict minimum. We work with creators across sizes, and many of our best partnerships are with smaller creators whose audiences genuinely trust them. When we review applications, we look at content quality, audience engagement, and how naturally Boon fits into your life and your feed, not at raw follower numbers.
What do Boon creators receive?
Accepted creators start with the Boon Experience: a purifier installed in your home for 10 days, with full WaterAI access and no posting obligation during the trial. Creators who continue keep the unit and receive free filter changes through the Boon referral program, early access to new products and Water Profiles, and a direct line to the Boon team. For creators whose content performs and whose audience responds, we build longer-term paid partnerships, including licensed use of your content in Boon’s own campaigns.
What if I try the product and it’s not for me?
Then we take it back, free, no questions asked. The 10-day experience exists precisely so you can form a real opinion before any content is made. There is no posting obligation during the trial and no penalty for returning the unit. We would much rather get an honest no than a forced yes, because content built on genuine conviction is the only kind that works for you, your audience, and us.
Do I have to disclose the partnership in my content?
Yes, always. Under ASCI guidelines, any material connection with a brand, including gifted product, must be clearly disclosed upfront in your content. We require every Boon creator to follow these guidelines, and we will never ask you to hide a partnership. Honest, clearly labelled content performs better anyway, and it is the only kind we want associated with the brand.
How long does the application review take?
We review every application personally rather than running them through automated filters, so it typically takes 7 to 10 days to hear back. If we think there is a fit, the next step is a short call with the Boon team to talk about your content, your audience, and what a partnership could look like.
