Boon Refill Easy questions.

It purifies and washes — the entry point to in-house bottling. At 50 litres per hour with up to 8-stage purification, 3–4 filling slots and 2-stage semi-automated washing, it suits properties bottling under 500 bottles a day.

Packaged water costs ₹15–40 a bottle against under ₹5 produced in-house — up to 60% lower, with most properties reaching payback in 6–12 months.

Properties under about 100 keys. Past that the bottling run stops fitting comfortably into a shift and Refill Easy Plus, which also fills and caps, becomes the sensible step.

You need a serviceable back-of-house space with water and power — most properties use an existing utility or stores area. Boon assesses the space during the site survey, since the layout drives how the wash and fill cycle is staffed.

Existing back-of-house staff. The wash stage is semi-automated and the cycle is designed to be run as part of a normal shift rather than needing a dedicated technician.

Glass bottles are washed and reused rather than discarded — that is the point of the system. Every bottle returning from a room or an event is sterilised before it is refilled.

Boon Refill systems are built to ISO 22000 food-safety management and are FDA compliant, CE and RoHS marked, with UV and WaterOZO™ ozonation handling container sterilisation.
