Boon Refill Ultra questions.

3,000+ bottles a day for resorts above 500 keys, at 500 litres per hour — the largest system in the range. It runs up to 8-stage purification with 64 slots, 3-stage automated washing, UV sterilisation, filling and capping, plus a collection station on a conveyor belt.

Throughput and handling. Ultra doubles the purification rate to 500 LPH and adds the conveyor collection station, so bottles move through wash, fill, cap and collection continuously rather than being handled between stages — which is what makes 3,000+ bottles a day practical for a single team.

At this volume, handling is the bottleneck rather than purification. Once bottles come off the line onto a conveyor, the run is limited by the machine rather than by how fast a team can move crates between stages.

Large resorts, campuses and institutions above 500 keys, where bottling is effectively continuous and the water has to serve rooms, restaurants and events from the same line.

Up to 8 UltraOsmosis™ stages on the water, UV sterilisation and WaterOZO™ ozonation on the containers, and live quality data through WaterAI™ with a QR record per bottle — so quality is evidenced per bottle rather than sampled.

Boon Refill systems are built to ISO 22000 food-safety management and are FDA compliant, CE and RoHS marked.
