Boon Refill Pro questions.

1,000–3,000 bottles a day, or properties under 500 keys, at 250 litres per hour. It runs up to 8-stage purification with 64 slots and 3-stage automated washing, UV sterilisation, filling and capping.

Every bottle returning from a room or an event passes through UV sterilisation before refilling, so no microplastics or microbes carry back into service. WaterOZO™ ozonation handles container sterilisation — the container, not the water, is the most common contamination point.

Consistency. The wash stops depending on who is running it that shift, which is what matters once you are turning around thousands of bottles a day and every one of them goes to a guest.

Yes — 64 slots and a 250 litre per hour purification rate are specified for properties running rooms and events off the same line, which is the usual pattern above 1,000 bottles a day.

In-house production runs at under ₹5 a bottle against ₹15–40 for packaged — up to 60% lower — and removes the single-use plastic, the delivery schedule and the storage that come with it.

Boon Refill systems are built to ISO 22000 food-safety management and are FDA compliant, CE and RoHS marked.

Volume and handling. Pro covers up to about 3,000 bottles a day. Ultra doubles the purification rate and adds conveyor-belt collection, so bottles move through the whole cycle continuously instead of being handled between stages.
